Alva Jones, Founder and CEO

Lovingly known in the Atlanta area as “The Weekend Interviewer”, she has always had a passion to connect people with opportunity. With a decorated resume, and 15 year span in the personal development industry, Ms. Jones has proven herself to be the go to for workplace readiness and development. Amidst maintaining a consistent role in the corporate world, Ms. Jones always found time to do what she loved. A coach that was always available and prompt in responding to her clients even on the weekends is how her nickname was coined, “The Weekend Interviewer”.

Through her efforts both professionally and personally, Ms. Jones has personified her passions to see youth and young adults succeed in the workplace. Eager to stabilize her part-time commitments, she chartered an in-depth and interactive course to help individuals put their best career foot forward. In 2008, Breezee’s Youth Staffing Agency was founded.

An open-door policy, and guaranteed one-stop-shop for all your job and readiness needs, Breezee’s Youth Staffing Agency and Alva Jones are committed to teaching this career ready course to any individual ready to jump into an occupation. “The Weekend Interviewer” finds joy when her clients are successful.

Aaronetta Hillman, President

Originally from Macon, GA she has lived in Atlanta and surrounding areas since she was 9 years old. She has been married to Tracy Hillman for 22 years. Together they have 1 daughter, Shantese, and 2 grandchildren, Taliyah, 9 and Caden, 6. Aaronetta has been in the mortgage business for 25 years. She has been a loan officer, underwriter, processor, and now Post Closing Auditor.

She really enjoyed working with first time buyers especially the borrowers with credit that is non-qualifying. Those borrowers didn’t need to be thrown away, they needed someone to guide them into getting their credit into a qualifying position.

It was hard but it was and can be done…

Her hobbies include organizing, reading, spending time with family, and hospitality.

Samantha Badgett, Treasurer

Trusted 20-year corporate professional with expertise in managing strategic projects within various divisions in the travel, manufacturing, and service industries.

Specific areas include: Human Resources, SkyMiles non-air redemption programs, Internal/External Corporate Communications, Corporate Tax, Diversity & Community Affairs, Marketing, Sales and Retail.

Samantha is a thought leader, results-oriented, clear thinker, people focused and has strong organization and communication skills.

NK Banks, Secretary

NK is a self taught, network and content marketer, social media, mobile application appreneur.

She currently works as a Credit Underwriter for Hyundai Capital America. People hire her for her brain, pay her for her passion, and trust her most when she uses them both.

She grew up in the desert sands of California, she is a mother of two adult children and now resides in the southern hospitality state of Georgia.
